Lost rod and reel are responsibility of fisherman.
* All fares are based on a six passenger maximum departing from Newburyport,
MA. A 50% deposit is required one week prior to the date of your trip,
with the balance due on the date of departure. A decision to cancel a
charter due to inclement weather will be made by the Captain, in which
case you may apply your deposit towards another trip. Small amounts of
alcoholic beverages are allowed on board, however, should anyone become
intoxicated, the Captain may terminate the trip without refund. |
